Serve the Dog!
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
An eccentric rich man recently passed away. As his dying wish, his entire fortune has been left behind for the light of his eyes: Archie, his adorable puppy. You were hired as a Butler in his wandering estate, and now that he's gone, it's just you and the Dog. Will you be able to secure enough money for your retirement? Or will the Dog's increasing demands spell your financial doom?
Serve the Dog! is a single-player arcade platformer (slightly inspired by the documentary Gunther's Millions) where you play as the Butler, scrambling and running up and down a complex moving fortress, aiming to please every whim and desire of your canine master.

This game was developed as a part of the Game Project 2023 course at Tampere University, Finland, and was created by the following people:

Install instructions
When you download this game, you will find a .zip file containing the "Serve the Dog!" game executable for your chosen device (either Windows or Mac). Extract the files to a known location on your device, and follow the corresponding instructions:
On Windows devices, just run the .exe file called "Serve the Dog!.exe". It may be detected by Windows Defender or your antivirus software, so keep that in mind.
On Mac devices, unzip the file named "Serve the Dog!.zip" and you will find the executable. Run the file pressing the Control button, then right click to open. It may take a couple of tries.
