Satori Peak
A downloadable board game
It is said that anyone who meditates within the monastery at the top of Satori Peak will surely achieve enlightenment. The rumour has spread far and wide, and you are among the few people willing to make the grueling climb up the mountain to the top. However, only one disciple can enter the temple each year, and you're not particularly willing to wait. Will you be able to conquer the climb and remain serene despite the circumstances?
Satori Peak is a competitive board game about keeping serene in intense situations for 3 - 5 players, ages 10 and up, and with an estimated duration of 20 minutes per play session.
This game was developed as a part of the Game Project 2023 course at Tampere University, Finland, and was created by the following people:

Install instructions
When downloading this game, you will find a .zip file containing:
- The game rules for Satori Peak;
- A print-and-play set of cards (34 cards, 2 blank cards, and a sheet for card backs);
- A print-and-play board and tokens (30 card tokens, 1 crown token, and 22 blank);
- .stl files to 3D-print blocks (30 - 36 recommended) and player pieces (5 recommended)
Of course, you can use whatever you like for blocks and player pieces if you don't have access to a 3D printer. However, be mindful that the design was made with these blocks in mind, so balance issues may arise if more stable blocks are used instead.
